    Founder, Director, Sound Engineer, Event Coordinator

    Starpulse Studio Founder, Joseph Conserva has dedicated his life to creating and supporting music. After graduating from the Recording Engineers Institute and becoming a member of the Recording Engineers Association he applied his skills and dedication to numerous New York promotion agencies as a freelance engineer. He launched Starpulse Studio in 2018 as a haven for Long Island artists to rehearse, create, and grow in a safe and welcoming environment. In 2020 Joe expanded his repertoire to include booking and organizing events big and small. From class reunions to collaborations with large festivals, Starpulse Studio has continued to broaden their horizons.

    Committed to enriching the local community Joe has worked alongside STATTfest, Munozstock, and The Patchogue Greater Chamber of Commerce’s “Alive After Five”. Providing tailored care and attention to each band proves to be the key to excellent performances on stages across the state. Starpulse Studio continues to broaden their horizons and is aiming for the stars!

    Starting out as an admirer of art, Jodie quickly fell into the lap of the Long Island music scene. She believes strongly in the power of community and music and what it can do for people’s lives.

    Jodie works as our graphic designer as well as an aesthetic curator for our shows. She enjoys working closely with the bands to create unique and unforgettable atmospheres.

    She also advises our social media output and occasionally, you’ll even catch her on stage as a Starpulse Studio host.

    Once exposed to the Long Island open mic scene, Jackie felt a connection to the the safe spaces that they had cultivated. One introduction was all that was needed to drive motivation towards her creating more safe spaces like this.

    Begining her career with creating a basement venue (The Basement), DIY shows and events became a main focus in life. Cultivating a safe environment for music, art, & flow is a top priority. Moving forward, working with orginal musicians and artists Jackie began to find healing in sound & began studies in sound healing and audio engineering.

    Working with Starpulse Studio she is able to hold safe space with our attendees, & MCs most events, going by her radio dj title; dj goomz.
